BOOKING FORM
Booking Form French Courses 2026 (Visé Belgium)
For all these programmes, we propose two ways of studying
- Improvement of precise aspects of the language (comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation…)
- Improvement of oral or written communication skills in a specific field (banking, insurance, environment, business...)
Conditions of payment and cancellation:
We ask a deposit of 30% of the invoice to book the period.
The balance is payable in full 60 days before the date on which the course begins.
If you register less than 30 days before the date of the course, payment for your course is payable immediately and you will be asked to show proof of payment on receipt of your invoice.
The deposit is not refundable. You can change the date of your course at any moment before the beginning of your course to another available date without additional cost, for a period of 2 years after your full payment.
In the event of departure or absence during the stay, any course started shall be payable in full. Absence during the stay cannot be compensated for through additional services to an equivalent value.
Your enrollment in a DialoguE course indicates your complete acceptance to the said conditions.
DialoguE reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without prior notice.
In the event of cancellation on your part notified more than 30 days before the start of the course, an amount equivalent to 10% of the invoice will be claimed from you as contract costs for cancellation.
These costs will increase to an amount equivalent to
- 30% in the event of cancellation between 30 and 16 days before the start of the course
- 50% in the event of cancellation between 15 and 8 days before the start of the course
- 75% in the event of cancellation between 7 days and 3 days before the start of the course
- 100 % for less than 3 days before the start.
Payment for the course already paid will be reimbursed after allowing for cancellation costs. Bank charges for reimbursement is paid in full by the client.
Reminder: Your enrolment in a DialoguE course indicates your complete acceptance to the said conditions.

07:45 – 08:15: breakfast / German conversation
08:30 – 12:45:5 one-on-one lessons (break between 10:30 and 11:00)

14:00 – 18:30: Self-studies, work, sport, relaxing programm
18:30 – 20:30: Dinner / German conversation
Price : 4.300 €
The invoice will be split as follows:
2.625 € tuition (25 one-on-one lessons – 45 minutes each)
605 € Meals (full board from Monday to Friday noon)
660 € Company of a trainer at all meals
410 € Accommodation in an en-suite apartment either at the Academy itself or in an apartment in walking distance (4 nights from Monday to Friday)
